An equitable civil justice system is a fundamental human right. In order to maximize social well-being, the administration of justice must also be efficient and free from abuse.
New York’s civil justice system is ever-evolving, and a lack of academic research limits the objective understanding the impacts of this evolutionary process. NYCJI works to remedy this problem by conducting research on broad range of issues that impact New York’s civil justice system, including:
